Each practice comes with a mini masterclass on the "how" and "why" for each method (5-10mins) followed by a guided visualization/meditative reflective session with journal prompts throughout each one (10-15mins).
You will also receive a PDF journal prompt guide for each practice for the days you need a quick session!
All you will need is a blank piece of paper/your favourite journal, pen and a quite space ✨ This is a self-spaced journey, so move as you please 🦋
